Our editorial and scientific committee evaluates that each submitted manuscript complies with our aims and scope and format guidelines and that it is original and potentially of high impact for the national and international scientific community. We provide a first decision in seven business days once the editors-in-chief have determined whether the manuscript meets the requirements for a review.

Manuscripts that continue the editorial process are typically sent to three external reviewers, who will evaluate the work and propose a decision. Both the reviewer and the author are unaware of their identities (double-blind).

The final decision of acceptance or rejection is made by the Editors-In-Chief, based on the opinions provided in the review. The manuscript may be rejected or returned to the authors for major or minor improvements.

Some manuscripts require a second round of peer review. In either case, the editorial staff will determine whether appropriate corrections were made and check the manuscript regarding formatting instructions for preparing the definitive version for publication.

The evaluation forms that include our criteria are public (in preparation).

The journal is Full Open Access.

The copyright is shared between those who made the manuscript and the journal; The contents can be reproduced and reused by readers, if the source and copyright are correctly recognized, in accordance with our CC BY 4.0 Open Access license.

All files and processes are instantly backed up on Google and institutional servers.

We publish digitally readable versions as soon as they are available, under the continuous publishing system. Each article provides the appropriate form in which it should be cited in APA 7ed.

We encourage the publication of raw data and data records in public repositories and the inclusion of such links from the first draft so that during the review process and the editors and reviewers can consult them at any time. Multimedia such as sound or video files may be considered for publication if the information is significant to the understanding of the study. Other complementary content (additional statistics, raw data, figures, or text) may be published.
